Rocket Host

A freelance web designer and developer since 1998, over the years I have taken on projects ranging from coding and design, to training and support. I graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bach. I.T. (Honours 1st Class) in 2003, and have worked solely as a freelance contractor from my home office since I had my first child in 2006 (and two more since then!).

After many years of website development 'on the side', I started getting so many projects that it was time to create an official business with a development team, so Rocket Host was launched in 2011. Rocket Host focuses on creating websites and blog for small businesses, training to help small business owners run their own online business, and creating marketing materials. Our aim is to help small businesses and project get off the ground cost-effectively - to help get your dream started!

I also act as VA (virtual assistant) and support helpdesk for Yaro Starak and his many endeavours.

Bare Naturals

My other passion in life is health, and I am constantly striving to eat cleaner and use products with as little nasties as possible, to reduce our toxic load both on our bodies and on the planet. The organic beauty industry is not yet large enough to have great products easily accessible in the outer areas of our major city (Brisbane), so I was inspired to launch Bare Naturals, an organic and natural beauty business.
